This short course has been designed to prepare an attendant care worker / disability support worker (or similar) with the skill set to provide a person living with spinal cord injury their bowel care/therapy (enema or suppository). This course is designed to be used in conjunction with on-the-job training.
All students are provided with a Competency Assessment Tool within this course. It is recommended that you participate in on-the-job training and have your knowledge and skill assessed by an RN or RN Delegate..
Course Duration: 1 hour
